  1. This is a great article. Comical yet true. I have talked to numerous people who have decided to take a break from the social netwroks at different times to check back into reality. People can find themselves easily addicted to anything no matter whether it is good or bad. The most important thing people should realize is the blalance needed to sustain a healthy life. All things should be considered in moderation rather than indulgence. I enjoyed the article, and I hope more of these are to come.
