That's pretty crazy that 31% was controlled by 10 users & 51% controlled by the top 30. Almost sounds like a conspiracy! Anyways, I think Digg will do a great job with getting more advertising into the site and making more money. The ads they have here and there with all the other diggs are really non-intrusive and to me, in a way that wouldn't turn someone off. Very interesting.
