  1. That’s good to know a lot of people resort to Facebook before they resort to Yelp! At least Facebook doesn’t hold good reviews in a “spam filter” until you agree to advertise with them.

    I like all of your thoughts on this social interaction, but you need to be consistent with it. If you only interact with your fans when you’re trying to promote something, they’ll eventually pick up on that pattern and quickly get turned off by your company. It’s best to avoid that.
